Your Co-op student is required to write and submit a work report at the end of their work term to the Co-op office in order to pass their work term.  They should discuss the topic of their report with you in advance; they'll also need to have you read and sign off on it before it comes to us here at SFU Co-op.    

If you approve of the report being read by others, these short reports (4-6 pages) are sought out and read by other Co-op students interested in working for your organization.  If the content is confidential or proprietary, it will be kept in the student's file and not read by anyone except for your student's Co-op Coordinator.
