A. Online Application Form
(Payment of fee is required before application is submitted to department.)
- Complete the online application form
- Pay application fee:
- $90 Canadian transcripts
- $125 International transcripts
B. Supporting Documents
(All items must be received as a complete package before the application will be considered. Applications received after January 8th may not be considered for funding.)
- Supplementary Application Form: Proposed Program of Study
- Academic Writing Sample
(a sample of your written work (in English), preferably a senior paper or Master's thesis.) - Copy of your CV
- Official transcripts for all post-secondary work
(Transcripts in languages other than English must be submitted with an official English translation.) - Three academic references with signed Confidentiality Policy form attached. (Reference letters in a language other than English must be submitted with an official English translation)
- Official copy of your TOEFL or IELTS results
(Required if primary language of instruction was not in English and may be submitted directly to department.) - Graduate Fellowship Application
(Must be completed and submitted with application. Please read the Terms of Reference first)
