The hallmark of Continuing Studies
at Simon Fraser University is the leadership role the
unit plays in creating a bridge between the university
and the community by providing university-level programming
that meets community needs and enhances faculty research.
The relationships flow two ways as university expertise
is extended to the community, and community knowledge
and priorities are brought into the university. The high
priority on both academic and community partnerships is
critical to the success of this leadership role.
