The
core development team is composed
of individuals with a wide variety
of expertise, from three different
departments within SFU, however
a wide variety of people from
all of SFU's campuses also provided
input and feedback on the initial
development. In addition this
site owes a lot to its predecessor
and those who developed it. The
new site contains many of the
same elements as the existing
site, but they have been reorganized
to keep the site current and
modern in terms of design and
technology. The design/development
team primarily comes from the
LIDC (Learning & Instructional
Development Centre). Academic
Computer Services (ACS) is the
'keeper' of the site and Media
and Public Relations played a
key role in the development and
will be involved with much of
the long-term content creation/maintenance
including the news headlines,
news items and sub pages.
