Director, Employee Relations and Benefits
Chris conducts collective agreement negotiations and/or oversees the preparations for the negotiation of collective agreements. Chris also ensures that collective agreement interpretation and administration is conducted in a manner that meets University objectives and at the same time fosters long term harmonious relations with staff groups. Chris represents the University in labour relations matters both on and off campus and assists the Executive Director, Human Resources in establishing employee/labour relations policies and goals.
