- In 2017, SFU introduced a new job evaluation methodology for all APSA and Excluded positions known as the Hay Guide Chart Profile Method (Hay Method).
- All 1,200 existing APSA and Excluded jobs have now been evaluated under the new methodology.
- Regardless of the results of the job evaluation, no existing employee's salary will be negatively impacted by the evaluation results. All employees will be notified of results for their position. (Date TBD).
