Fan Sozzi-Guo (Department of Biological Sciences)

It goes without saying that Fan exemplifies courage and determination, still working nine months into her pregnancy and on the day that she delivered her first child!  As a teaching technician in Biological Sciences  both faculty and her peers commend her for overcoming obstacles and always striving to improve her skills, lending her time to help others, sharing her knowledge, embracing new ideas and facilitating change, chipping in and supporting her colleagues, and “adding those intangible items that make others work less demanding and more enjoyable”.
