With a “service first” attitude this very large and diverse team of staff from Student Services, Facilities Services, Campus Planning & Development, Client & Research Services, Network Services, Applications & Technology, University Advancement, SIMS, Procurement Services, Campus Security, Bookstore, and the IT Project Management Office overcame many road blocks, not the least of which included designing a new delivery system while at the same time managing a change in student behavior for the new U-PASS BC transit program.  The team not only ensured SFU students benefited from the new U-PASS BC program but they also contributed to positive news articles in local newspapers that reflected on SFU as an industry leader.

Outstanding teamwork and collaboration resulted in over 26,000 students receiving their U-Pass BC effortlessly and quickly without any line-ups.
