• Using NURBS (or SubD) finish your Port 2) Still Life
assignment
(see
assignments page for details) which states:
"The
subject matter of some modern painters was the Still Life -- a study
of objects found in everyday life, such as a bowl of fruit, a table
setting, a vase of flowers, or other objects. Create your own still
life from your imagination (you may choose to reference a photograph,
or your own visual sketches). Model these objects in Maya creating
an interesting, dynamic composition which explores the use of NURBS
modeling, and may include some Subdivision modeling."
• Save your completed tutorials and all assignments on your
on-line portfolio. For this assignment, post: your NURBs ( or SubD)
.mb file, your still life .mb file and 2 to 4 creative jpgs of your
still life and include a short write-up and captions. Make sure this
is under an Assignments and Port2 link so we can find it easily.
Due for next week's class :
•
Your Port 2) Still Life assignment in your portfolio
this week ( by your lab section). It must be submitted via your published
online portfolio. (see above or your assignments
page for details)
•
Work with your team on your ideas for the short and start preparing
the storyboard for week 6.
