For this frame, I have smudged the edges of the walking feet, making them appear to have more motion. In addition, I have added some lines along with the feet to emphasize their movements. These effects together created a quicker feeling in terms of time. On the other hand, without these effects, the picture would appear to be walking at a slower motion.
