Parent Support Line and E-Support

Support is just a phone call or email away for parents or anyone with child rearing concerns. We offer information, support and referrals. Calls and emails usually are followed up with written material by mail or email. No question or issue is too big or too small, so please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our Support Line hours generally are weekdays from 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  If you contact us outside these hours or receive our voicemail, please leave us a message. We endeavor to return your call the same working day between 9:30 a.m and 2:30 p.m. or within 24 hours. Important: If possible, please provide us with two contact telephone numbers or one telephone number and your email address. This will help us connect with you sooner either to speak with you in detail then or to schedule a more convenient time. If you cannot be reached during our regular Support Line hours, please indicate better times to reach you and we will do our best to accomodate you.
