Ok here is a little update on where we stand as of right now:

I have sent out the email we worked on to these galleries:
OR,
Grunt,
Access,
Video In,
ArtSpeak,
Hellen Pitt,
Western Front,
Surrey Art Gallery...

OR and Western Front were the only places that got back to me.
OR is all booked, Western Front said this: "I'm sorry but our gallery is not rented out."

I called Access, Grunt, ArtSpeak and Helen Pitt today. They were all closed except Grunt which said that it is all booked.
I will go and talk to Kenneth, Thecla and Rusty today see if they could help us out.

Bad new guys.. the tek gallery is booked till April 2004, only space ava at harbour center are the HALLWAYS.. so no go guys... but I will call up some realtors this weekend.

Maybe we are "barking up the wrong tree".. so yeah... let's shift focus and start looking for spaces Downtown.... Outing anyone?? Anyone going to the Monster Truck show?? maybe we can meet downtown around 5:30 or 6 walk around till it starts... maybe we can find a space.

So how does elektro play sound to you guys for the event's name?
Credits go to Dominic for the first half (he actually suggested "electro") and I was inspired by the other two projects so I came up with the second part "play". And finally Sam suggested the final combination!
