TIME Ventures Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Hub
TIME Ventures is a partnership between SFU and BC's technology ventures industry. Its downtown Vancouver location (within the SFU Harbour Centre campus) enhances access to technology transfer services for a broad range of businesses and SFU researchers.
TIME Ventures offers office space and resources for technology ventures, networking events, educational seminars, mentoring opportunities, a boardroom and a drop-in work space. These services are available to TIME Ventures Incubator participants, off-site business professionals, lawyers, investors and others.

TIME Programs & Facilities in SFU Harbour Centre ( Vancouver)
TIME Incubator: Incubator membership includes private office space and resources, a boardroom, mentoring opportunities and educational seminar discounts for technology start-up companies, joint ventures and special projects. The TIME Incubator is located in SFU’s downtown Vancouver campus.
TIME Business Centre: The TIME Business Centre is a quiet open-concept drop-in workspace for entrepreneurs and other professionals in SFU (downtown Vancouver).
SME Initiative: An SFU initiative to encourage and implement active interactions between the SFU Community and BC small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
SME Think Tank: A professional advisory board that provides new ventures with constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement.
