Working Groups

The eight IPinCH Working Groups target key research areas and create a venue for innovative, multi-sectoral, cross-disciplinary collaborations involving scholars, students and research partners. The groups essentially represent what can be considered "research neighborhoods" within the IPinCH project.

During the first half of this seven-year project, the groups have worked to: a) develop and refine their  objectives; b) identify and evaluate areas of interest that relate to our case studies and other research initiatives; c) convene forums, seminars and/or symposia; and, d) explore issues with other scholars and audiences.

Now that we've entered the second half of the project, the groups are continuing those actitivies, but also shifting into a more analytical mode. These groups will analyze data collected by our case studies and those compiled in our KnowledgeBase, topical research studies, and other means.
