SFU Profile Reports:

These reports provide a profile of transfer students admitted to Simon Fraser University from B.C. Colleges in the previous five year period. A general overview of transfer students is presented, followed by an analysis of academic performance at SFU and concluding with a look at students who have graduated. Inter-college comparisons are displayed and where appropriate, comparisons with students admitted directly from B.C. secondary schools are provided.

The most recent reports were prepared for and funded by the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer (BCCAT).

These reports provide a profile of transfer students admitted to other B.C. Universities from B.C. Colleges, prepared for and funded by the British Columbia Council on Admissions and Transfer (BCCAT).

British Columbia Integrated Profile Report:

The integrated report provides a provincial overview and profile of students who transferred from a B.C. college, university-college or institute to a B.C. university (SFU, UBC, UNBC or UVic) in the five-year period ending in 1998/99.

Alternate Paths to SFU: A Comparative Academic Performance Study of B.C. College Transfer Students and B.C. Direct Entry Students Admitted to SFU from 1992 to 1999.

This comparative academic performance study of direct entry secondary school students and college transfer students admitted to SFU was conducted to determine whether differences in university course grades between the two groups still exists when controlling for secondary school performance. Published June 2004.
