How to Register

Complete the ON-LINE Form. Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server. All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

Payment made by cheque is acceptable (in Canadian dollars). Please follow the instructions once you have selected that payment mode.

Payment made by bank transfer (wire) is also possible. If you wish to make payment by Bank / Wire Transfer, please complete your registration and select payment by cheque and contact meetbby@sfu.ca for payment details.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds, less a $50 CAD administration fee will be granted to cancellations received by June 15, 2011.
June 15 – July 1, 2011 a refund of 50% of registrations fees will be granted.
After July 1, 2011 no refunds will be granted but substitute delegates are permitted.
Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome

Confirmation of your registration:

When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server.

If payment is made by cheque, your registration is not confirmed until payment is received.  Once payment is processed a payment confirmation will be e-mailed to the account provided on your registration.

Receipts

Please print out your receipt from the web as this will be your original copy.
