Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be received by May 24, 2010. There will be no refunds after this date. A processing fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitute delegates are welcome. To cancel a registration fax the ISG2010 Secretariat at +1.778.782.5066 or mail your request to: ISG2010 Secretariat, Simon Fraser University Gerontology Research Centre, #2800 – 515 W. Hastings St., Vancouver, BC, Canada V6B 5K3.

Details

Because of administrative delays, ISG will not accept purchase orders for payment of conference registration fees. Persons who have pre-registered will pick up their badge and conference materials at the registration desk in the Marriott Pinnacle Hotel in Vancouver.

A valid badge is required for entry into all conference sessions, for entry into the Exhibit Hall and for admission to the opening reception.

Lose your badge? Replacement badges will be available during the conference for $2 each.
