Facade - The Stanford Facial Animation System

You have downloaded an early beta version of facade - a windows
based, 3D facial animation system created by Steve DiPaola's Facial
Animation class at Stanford, Winter 2001. See it's accompanying
website for details on how to use it and what is does:

Quick Start Guide:

1. Click on facade.exe
2. Reposition the windows for better viewing. Minimize some if needed.
3. Use the Parameters window to change the current face.
4. Load a pre-made library file in the Library folder.
  a. Type a library file (c_ira) in the File field of the Parameters window.
  b. Hit Load.
  c. Try others! (View which ones in the Library folder).
5. Load a pre-made animation in the Anims folder:
  a. Type an anim file (expressions) in the File field of the Animation window.
  b. Hit Load, then hit Play Anim (try the other Animation tools).
  c. Try others! (View which ones in the Anims folder).
6. Add automatic lip sync to your animation.
  a. Click on the (3D) face window and type "le vista.lips"
  b. Hit Play Animation in the Animation window with your sound on.
7. Make your own animation using the library, key frame and Lip Sync tools.
