Network Services is responsible for engineering, maintaining and supporting communications technologies for the SFU community. Our portfolio includes computer networking, phones and wireless as well as technical support services.

To assist users experiencing difficulty connecting to the SFU Network, Network Services operates the Computing Helpdesk. The Helpdesk is staffed 24x6 Sunday through Friday and can be reached at help@sfu.ca or 778-782-3230.
