The best way for current and new employees to learn about SIMS is to view the List of Recommended Training Manuals

Training manuals that are shown in bold will present content that has changed significantly in the upgraded system, the others are mostly review but in the context of the new system.

Simply look for the user group that best applies to your position, and make note of the training manuals that are suggested under that heading.
