SUR 5020 & SUR 5200 are 10 seat meeting rooms, equipped with point-to-point polycomm teleconferencing. SUR 2735 and SUR 2746 are 10 seat HD multi-screen equipped meeting rooms with multi-point and desktop send/receive capability.

Portable Videoconference System

IT Services also has a portable HD video conference system that can be booked in many of the rooms that are not pre-equipped.
