How to apply for a FASnet account

New: You need to have an SFU Computing ID to apply for or renew FASnet account. If you are a visitor, either apply for a visitor account in the corresponding department, or an SFU Sponsored Computing ID here first.

To apply for a FASnet account, or to renew or change an existing FASnet account, use the following form:

Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to fill out the form, print it out, and have your sponsor, advisor, or supervisor sign it.

Please drop off the completed and signed application at the Dean of Applied Sciences office (ASB 9861).
