Videoconference services are an effective way to hold meetings, lectures and presentations reducing travel time and costs, as well as being environmentally friendly.

BlueJeans Cloud-based Videoconferencing

BCNET has a contract with BlueJeans, a cloud-based videoconferencing service, to provide high-quality video meetings for faculty, staff and students.

The BlueJeans bridge allows people to connect with various systems, including tradional videoconference and HD videoconference units, Skype, Google Video Chat, telephone, etc between multiple sites.

Fully Equipped Videoconference Rooms

We have some rooms at each campus which have videoconference systems built-in. There are meeting rooms, policy rooms, or lecture theatres available. Display may be a TV/LCD or on the room's projection system. In addition, many departments have their own rooms which are set up for videoconferencing.

Portable Videoconference Systems

Audio Visual also has portable video conference systems complete with a TV/LCD for use in your own office or meeting room (requires wired network connection.)
