HYBRID WORK ARRANGEMENTS CONTINUE TO EVOLVE

SFU is proud to be a hybrid work organization and we are grateful for the staff who are embracing new ways of working. We are engaging with leaders, participants and employee groups across the university to fine-tune the hybrid work arrangements program to ensure it best supports your work that benefits our students. In short, we want this program to work well for SFU and for you.

This fall, we are evolving the hybrid work program and developing updated guidelines. In the coming months, your supervisor will provide more detail about the changes to the program, with new guidelines fully implemented by March 31, 2023.
