BEER RECORDS IN THE ARCHIVES

SFU is now home to the B.C. Beer History Archive giving B.C.'s craft beer community a go-to location to store its rich modern history. URGENT SUPPORT NEEDED FOR CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH

Health Sciences professor Charlotte Waddell and her research team at SFU’s Children's Health Policy Centre found that in many affluent countries—Canada included—less than half of children with mental health disorders receive any services for these conditions. She recommends an urgent call to action to support children’s mental wellbeing.

SFU Mathematics researchers are advocating for the inclusion of genomic data into forecasting models to better understand the spread of infectious diseases. They say incorporating this data into forecasting models can inform monitoring, coordination and help determine where resources are needed.
