Math Catchers visited Nisga'a Elementary Secondary School in Gitlaxt'aamiks, Nisga'a Nation. We started with a workshop with the primary classes during which we were looking Dr. J's car, counting bunnies and apples, and discovering differences between two look like totem poles.  With the intermediate students we discovered that we cannot always trust our eyes, investigated the Fibonacci sequence, and solved two Sasha's puzzles. It was a very enjoyable experience for students, teachers, and Veselin!

Thank you to all students, teachers, and staff for their wonderful hospitality.
