Multidimensional NMR studies of [15N,13C]-labelled human
serum apolipoproteins and lipid-associating proteins. Conformational studies
of lipoproteins mutated by protein engineering. The projects are related to
ischemic heart disease, cancer and immunology. Conformation and structure-function
relationships of the amphipathic motif in peptide-lipid complexes studied by
means of 2D NMR and CD. NMR study of the binding of neurotoxins to receptors
by transferred NOE spectroscopy.
