Canadian Space Agency collaborating with SFU researchers to advance lunar exploration

The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, announced today new initiatives through the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) for exploring and studying the moon. One of the projects funded through this investment is led by SFU mechatronics professor Behraad Bahreyni, who will use miniaturized seismometers and gravimeters to develop new models of the moon’s structure and surface.
