Catering

The Centre provides full-service catering for all events held on the premises. Refreshment stations are located both inside meeting rooms and directly outside in open gallery areas to service breaks and working lunches. Separate dining facilities are available for small private functions or for groups up to 200 people in the combined banquet space. After session receptions in the Atrium gallery areas or the Concourse Salons will accommodate over 300 people.

Our Chefs

Catering is provided exclusively by Delta Vancouver Suites, home to accomplished Chef, Ian Thompson and his team. Chefs prepare fresh and innovative specialties that feature Global cuisine. The menu is complemented by a full and varied wine list.

The Centre for Dialogue offers complete meeting packages that provide meeting planners with an all-inclusive option at a per delegate rate. Included in the package is your meeting room, breakfast, lunch, continuous refreshments breaks throughout the day, and a choice of technology.
