Regularly scheduled maintenance times for SFU Connect are 12am to 4am on the first Saturday of every month. Any additional maintenance times are announced ahead of time at www.sfu.ca/newemail/status.
If this downtime happened outside of a scheduled maintenance window, the administrators are automatically informed. Please be assured that we are working hard to resolve the problem.
