The SWIFT Institute, global provider of secure financial messaging services is hosting a challenge open to all post-secondary students studying at Canadian Universities:  SWIFT’s Student Challenge.

This year’s challenge is on the following topic, “How can bank channels be secured against ever increasing cyber-attacks?”. We feel this theme will be of great interest to students studying in Canada in finance, entrepreneurship and innovation, although students from all disciplines are strongly encouraged to participate. Students may enter as individuals or teams and the rewards include professional coaching, exposure of your ideas to the global financial industry at Sibos 2017 hosted in Toronto and a first place cash prize of $20,000 CAD.

The SWIFT Institute is dedicated to fostering research and disseminating knowledge and information about the financial services industry.

The Institute funds and publishes independent research and brings together academics and practitioners to inform, debate and learn from each other.

Deadline for submissions: 30 June 2017.
