BC's Top Employers is an annual competition organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers.
The employers were evaluated on the following aspects:
- Physical Workplace
- Work Atmosphere & Social
- Health, Financial & Family Benefits
- Vacation & Time Off
- Employee Communications
- Performance Management
- Training & Skills Development
- Community Involvement
Some of the employers that made it to this year’s list include: Simon Fraser University (Family Benefits, Training & Skills Development, and Vacation), BC Hydro (Financial & Family Benefits), Coast Mountain Bus Company (Physical Workplace), FinancialCAD Corporation (Employee Communication, and Community Involvement), Nintendo of Canada Ltd. (Physical Workplace, and Vacation & Time Off), and Nature’s Path Foods Inc. (Community Involvement,).
