When most of us think of the profession “Teacher”, he automatically thinks of an elementary or high school teacher. Yet, there are many fields out there that require teachers or instructors to help teach and distribute knowledge. Have you ever wanted to teach English abroad in other countries? You could be an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. Many students play a musical instrument, and have taken lessons when they were younger. Some of them have gotten to be quite adept at it, so teaching others to learn about music is a great teaching profession. Many music teachers work in high schools, universities, conservatories, or even out of their own home!  Also, some subjects are very subjective, and many teachers teach different techniques or styles, which is prominent in acting instructors.  Maybe you would like to teach other adults as well, and there are specialized teaching roles in Adult Education.

The rewards of teaching are many, and the biggest reward is the joy and pride of making a difference as you share your knowledge with another person. Teachers inspire lives and allows students to find their passions and interests.
