Skills for the Future: Are You Prepared?

Transdiciplinarity, sense making, novel and adaptive thinking, cognitive load management, virtual collaboration are among the skills for the future according to the Institute of the Future (IFTF). IFTF, an independent, nonprofit strategic research group, recently published a report that identifies ten key work skills needed in the next ten years.  The report looks at the proficiencies and abilities required across different jobs and work settings. The report offers a definition and brief description of each of the ten skills.
