Balancing a career and a family is the biggest challenge that a working mom takes on. To the question “Do you struggle to balance your career and family?”, 55% answered “Yes, and the struggle to excel at both is overwhelming”.  Though working moms suffer “balance burnout” and “working mom’s guilt” it is absolutely possible to find a compromise that makes one happy and satisfied. offers their Top 10 Tips for a Work-Life Balance[2]:

  3. Learn your employer’s policies

  5. Communicate with colleagues and bosses
