What does the future hold?

You cannot predict jobs of the future. There are simply too many different factors at play to be able to know what work will look like down the road.
Harvey Enchin (Vancouver Sun) explored the topic recently. In the article he cites some predictions offered by the University of Calgary's Counselling Centre and their thoughts on what jobs would have 'good future prospects through the 21st century. He also reminds us that job skills such as work habits, project management, teamwork, communications, time management and punctuality are skills that 'stand the test of time'.
