To embrace the chilly winter upon Burnaby campus, President Andrew Petter invited SFU students and staffs to get warmed up all together on November 27th, 2013. The event took place at Convocational Mall where delicious hot chocolate and apple cider were served along with several kinds of cookies. People from various faculties and departments gathered and enjoyed breaks from their busy routines.

Same as last year, Engagement peers participated in the event. We held the photo booth in which people can take pictures with their friends or by themselves, which you can find on our Facebook page. With all the props, students took silly pictures with their peers. In addition to students, university staffs came to be part of this fun experience as well. Once again, the photo booth was hugely popular this year, and the number of photos taken at the booth were countless.

Engagement Peers are thrilled to provide fun and exciting opportunities for students to mingle and share their stories with each other. On top of that, Engagement peers also provide consultations for students who are interested in finding their ways to get more engaged at SFU. We will continue to plan and organize different engaging opportunities at SFU community. Stay tuned for future events from Engagement Peers.
