In the beginning, everything looked daunting for the 47-year-old Arthur. He was incredibly overweight, disabled from his past military service, and the very people who could possibly help him to get better - doctors and fitness instructors - had given up on him. The video asks the viewer: "Wouldn't you have given up also?" Would you?

Never Give Up

We have all thought about giving up at some point in our lives. Sometimes life pushes us into a corner, keeping us disappointed, depressed, and with zero confidence in ourselves. But even if things are not going as well as we like, people give up when they are capable of achieving what they wanted or without knowing how close they were. No matter how bad things are and how many times you fall to the ground, get up and keep trying. Failing is not giving up. Giving up is when you stop getting back up and stop trying. Never give up.

If you continue to believe in yourself, you can achieve anything. And if you are able to believe in yourself, believe in others so they too can achieve.

"Just cause I can't do it today doesn't mean I can't do it some other day." - Arthur
