Position Title:
Marketing Assistant

For the past 8 months, I have worked at CircusWest Performing Arts Society as their Marketing Assistant. As the first person to take on this role, I learned a lot and showed my flexibility in adapating to constantly changing situations and ideas.

I was able to develop my skills in design, marketing, dealing with media, as well as general communciation skills. Working as a part of a very small team, I often took a lead on most of my projects coming to my colleagues for feedback rather than collaboration. This allowed me to hone my project management skills and develop into a confident employee. Though this was the case, the small team enviroment acted as a perfect place for me to grow.
