Question Intent
The interviewer wants to evaluate your problem solving skills and your ability to handle difficult situations.
Answer Tips
Explain your thought process. Your answer may make logical sense to you, but don’t make the interviewer guess how you came to your conclusion.
If possible, try to include an example of a time when you faced a similar dilemma.
Once you list the steps you would take, if applicable offer recommendations on how to prevent the situation in the future.
