Question Intent
Questions about your academic education and experiences (work, volunteer, etc.) are generally focused on confirming your:
• credentials
• knowledge
• range of experience
• level of expertise
Questions may be broad ranging from “What courses did you most enjoy at SFU?’ to very specific “What specific skills did you gain from that position?” The employer will be interested to know what skills and experiences you could bring to their organization.
