The SFU Alumni Association recently hosted an event for alumni and senior students, "Creating a Remarkable Career: What I Wish I Knew When I Was 25".

Three speakers - all alumni - shared their insights about their journey:

  • Andrea Vanden Enden, BBA 02 - Connect Leader and Lead, KMPG
  • Angus Reid, BA '00 - Offensive Lineman, BC Lions, CFL
  • Cynthia Dyson, BA '91 - Director of Marketing Communications & Strategy, BC Hydro

Main points included:

  • What were the turning points in their career?
  • What did they regret most?
  • What would they have done differently within 5 years of graduating university?
  • What were their successes?

The result was a fantastic video we would like to share on behalf of the Alumni Association.
