Found Articles:

All items found in the building should be given to the Concord security guard on duty.

They will assign a number to it and enter it into the Lost and Found Log.

Lost Articles:

Persons who have lost items should go to the Concord security guard on duty who will take all the particulars and call the owner should the item be turned in.

Matching Articles Lost With Those That Have Been Found:

The guards will match lost property with its rightful owner, if possible, through the details recorded in the Lost and Found Log. The owner will be notified that the item(s) have been found and can be claimed.

Claiming Articles:

An individual claiming lost property will present himself/herself to Concord where the guard will ascertain that the claimant is the correct owner.

Unclaimed Articles:

In keeping with Vancouver Police policy, articles will be kept for a period of 90 calendar days.

Expensive items will be turned over to the Vancouver Police on a weekly basis by Concord Security and noted in the Lost and Found Log. The police case number will be included on the Lost and Found report.
