Description
CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:
In today’s highly dynamic, complex and information-rich business environment, strategic decision-making skills are crucial. Students will learn about the biases and heuristics that are most relevant for strategic decision-making. Students will receive training to raise awareness for and overcome common biases and generate efficiencies in decision-making through leveraging value from heuristics. Students will also experience and learn about strategic decision-making in teams to become inclusive leaders and successful strategists.
