Description

CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:

In-depth examination of important managerial accounting topics introduced in BUS 254 (e.g., transfer pricing, variance analysis) and more advanced topics (e.g., decision making under uncertainty, the value of information), focusing on providing the tools and techniques needed for the generation, analysis and dissemination of management accounting information necessary for making strategic business decisions. The course will also introduce and develop the case approach in order to prepare students for BUS 424.
