Description
CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:
The aim of this course is to help students strengthen their ability to express themselves orally and debate contemporary Francophone cultural and sociopolitical issues. Students will work with audiovisual productions such as documentaries, news reports, interviews, talk shows and podcasts, and critically analyze the ideas presented in them.

FREN 302 – Pensée critique & Discours public : culture, société et politique en francophonie contemporaine est un cours d’oral destiné aux étudiant.es ayant déjà un très bon niveau intermédiaire de la langue française. Il est axé sur les enjeux socio-politiques et culturels dans la francophonie mondiale et permettra aux étudiant.es de parfaire l’expression et la compréhension orales, de développer davantage la réflexion critiques sur des thèmes spécifiques.
