Description

CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:

Acquaints the student with the major issues in contemporary psychology and considers the historical antecedents. Special attention is given to questions of methodology and research design in psychology. Topics in physiological psychology, perception, learning and motivation are considered. Breadth-Social Sciences.

REQUIREMENTS:

In addition to the other course requirements listed on the syllabus, each student in Psychology 100, 102 & 201 is required to complete three hours of research participation. Textbook and InQuisitive access required for Gross et al. “Interactive Psychology” (1st Canadian Edition). Available in print and electronic versions at the SFU bookstore.
