Description
CALENDAR DESCRIPTION:
Organizations, not individuals, are this course's basic unit of analysis. We will seek to answer questions about organizations, such as why they exist, what objectives they pursue, how they function, how they survive and grow, who they interact with, how they interact with each other, how they are evaluated, and how they respond to failure. In answering these questions, the course will introduce students to major theoretical perspectives and issues studied in organizational theory.
