Transitional government likely to be announced

SFU history professor Paul Sedra has been closely monitoring the crisis in Egypt. Reports are describing that the military has taken control of the country’s state TV building following the deadline for Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi to step down. Sedra says the military will likely announce a transitional governing arrangement in the coming hours.
