 1  Highlands - Jasper Place (?)  SE 1945  ---  Extended to 124th St. and 118th Ave via 107 Ave. 29 AU 1949. The western terminus was extended to Groat Road & 118th Ave in 1953. Route 1 was split into two routes: 1 and 2 (19xx). Route 1 cut back to 95th St. ?
 2  Highlands - Downtown    29 JN 1997   Replaced part of route 1: Highlands - Jasper Place (via Jasper Ave.) on 2 JL 1967. This resulted in better service along Jasper Ave.
 4  Groat Road - Downtown  2 JL 1967  1984?  Peak hour service; changed to Westmount - Downtown on 1 FE 1976.
 6  Low Level Bridge  24 SE 1939  196-  The first trolley line, it ran to the U of Alberta via the Low Level bridge and Whyte St..
 6  Groat Road - 118 Ave & 81 st St (Coliseum)  1 FE 1976  1984?  Changed to Oliver (124th St) - Downtown (via Jasper Ave.) in the early '80s.
 9  Southgate - NAIT  MY 1976  1994  Extended at both ends as diesel bus route. Route 9 reopened in 1998 with limited service.
 41  Belgravia - NAIT  ??  28 JN 1997  Belgravia branch merged with #7 Jasper Place. NAIT branch discontinued. Started out as Rte 1 to 101 St and 118th. Ave. (see Rte 133 for more details). Nait via Kinsgway branch to reopen in Sept. 1998 as part of route 9 as a diesel line.
 42  Parkallen — NAIT  ??  28 JN 1997  Replaced during peaks hours by route 133.
 131  NAIT — Downtown/Rossdale  2 SE 1997  JN 1998  Peak hours service. Downtown loop via 102 Ave., 97th St., 101 St. At the next shakeup, it was extended to Rossdale.
